Journey Through Jerk explores the origin of authentic Jamaican jerk, including its Maroon roots, signature spices, and regional techniques. Guests will be guided through the preparation of our signature marinade and an unforgettable meal over traditional pimento wood. From pit-stoking to pairing sides, this culinary storytelling session finishes with a leisurely long-table jerk feast and local drinks that toast the island's favorite flavor.
