A celebration of Jamaica’s rich landscape and seasonal harvest, the evening begins at 6:30 PM with cocktails and canapés at the Rockhouse Pool Bar, followed by dinner on the cliffs at 7:30 PM featuring a four-course menu inspired by the freshest local ingredients, thoughtfully crafted to showcase the flavours of the island alongside panoramic Caribbean Sea views.
