Our Summer Series is a celebration of the season - an invitation to gather, savour, and experience Jamaica’s bounty at its finest. This four-course journey features thirteen thoughtfully curated dishes, each inspired by what’s fresh, local, and in season right now. From vibrant garden harvests to signature bites from our Pimento Grill, every plate is rooted in place and crafted to showcase the flavours of the island. Along the way, enjoy refreshing spritzes, thoughtfully paired wines, and the kind of unhurried afternoon that invites conversation, connection, and a little island magic.
Presented in partnership with CPJ Wines, our Summer Series is an all-inclusive dining experience held each Sunday afternoon in St. Ann at USD $180 per person.
